Welcome to my new blog, which I called Frivolous Games, seeing as how I like to play entertaining games I can share with anyone who is interested. My preference is actually board games, like Monopoly, Checkers, Backgammon and Chess. Although I also like some computer games, I'm not totally into them all, but there are some good ones that I like to play every once in a while.
I also like some card games that me and the family can get around the table and play together, like gin rummy, sevens, whist - hell we even like to try out bridge every now and then!
So what I'll be doing is pretty much talking about the games I get involved in and some tips I've picked up along the way if it helps folks then all the better. Anyways, that's all for my short intro into this blog of mine, so I'll start posting some stuff soon and let's see where we go with this!
